REMOTE ORACLE DBA SUPPORT SERVICES

Many organisations need Oracle DBA services but their need is too infrequent to warrant a full time staff member. TransEnigma offers the facility to have an occasional DBA as and when required. Some example circumstances are:

An experienced DBA can dial-in to your Database Server when requested and perform most standard DBA tasks without having to visit the site, thus reducing the cost of performing these activities. This means that a very cost effective DBA service can be provided to organisations which might otherwise have to spend large sums of money on DBA skill when a problem arises.

24x7 Support

24 hours a day 7 days a week (not bank holidays)

Response time to dial-in less than 1 hour

Monthly preventative program

Call-out to on-site visit if dial-in unable to resolve problem

£25,000 per annum charge

OTHER DBA SERVICES

Other DBA services may be purchased on a bespoke basis.

Services include:

Special weekend cover, or 24 hours cover due to migrations, special projects, or upgrades. Training for small groups of 1 to 5 persons can be customised to help people start to perform the routine or basic DBA activities.
